  I DO NOT like changing eye care places because of a crappy experience I had as a teenager (yeah, whitecoat trauma is real). This place, very friendly, totally engaged and knowledgeable. Emily was great with trying to figure insurance nonsense out before my appointment. (I love that she reads upside down. I do too😁). Dr. Russell was great for listening to me and understanding what I needed to see and why. Mohammed finished my visit in the office with measurements and the purchase frames. He answered more questions I needed to make the best purchase for my frames – I have an office pair now. 🤓. He also explained how that intermediate pair differs from my old faithful progressive lense. The ENTIRE visit was great. Highly engaged team. Highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️.
