Dr. James Russell OD
Board Certified Optometric Physician
Dr. James A. Russell is a Board Certified Optometric Physician. After graduating with honors, Dr. James A Russell settled into practice and has spent 9 years working with other professionals and consequently has gained diverse experiences especially in optometry.Dr. Russell grew up in Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude in 2003 with a major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. During his senior year he conducted extensive research on the properties of surface exotoxins of virulent bacteria such as E.Coli. Dr. Russell eventually switched his focus to the study of ocular sciences and went on to receive a Bachelor of Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
Ibrahim Salman

Ibrahim Salman has been working in the optical industry for over 25 years, he started working at a 1 hour optical lab with lens fabrication and moved onto the management of the lab soon thereafter; he has worked and managed opticals and labs for the largest retailers in the world including LensCrafters, Luxoticca, EyeMasters, ECCA, Sears Optical and many others. Mr. Salman, has also opened and managed private vision centers for Optometrists and independent Ophthalmologists. He enjoy’s challenges; low vision, double vision, aniseikonia are just some of the challenges caused by birth, trauma or surgical anomalies that require knowledge of the entire picture when fitting eyeglasses. LaDonna Olson

LaDonna Olson has been in the ambit of eye sight care for over 23 years. She has worked as an optician at several small optometrist practices and large multi MD ophthalmology groups. Through her versatile years of practice in two disciplines, she has gained ample professional experience working closely with the doctors. LaDonna Olson was born in southern Indiana where she grew up as a farm girl. She is happily married to an occupational therapist. Her hobbies include crafting, sewing, interior design and spending quality time with her grand munchkins. She also values spending her time with her clients and rendering outstanding hospitality and service.
Mohammad Salah
American Board of Opticianry, ABOC
Mohammed Saleh started his career as a lens manufacturer where he gained expertise due to the intricacies in calculations and final product outcome before working as a customer service and management staff for private optical in Canada as well as large franchise in Florida. He now possesses 15 Years of experience in private practice and retail chains and has been with Hindsight Eyecare since the Villages grand opening. He is always joyful to help you need at any time.
Mario
Mario is an optical lab specialist at HindEye sight and specializes in lab surfacing and edging inclusive of tinting, frame adjustments, and final finishing. He bags over 25 years of experience working in large industrial labs and medical eye care facilities. He possesses a burning flare for service, at the age of 16 Mario started his career in New York City, where he was born and bred. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
